The Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery aims to provide, promote and facilitate interaction with, and understanding of, the cultural and natural world for present and future generations. The Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery collects, preserves, researches, displays, interprets and safeguards the physical evidence of the natural and cultural heritage of Tasmania, together with relevant material from interstate and overseas. The purpose of this collection is to provide present and future generations with the opportunity to gain information and insight into their world.

Founded in 1996 and originally based in Wellington Street, Launceston, Tasmania. In 1999 we moved to York Street, and finally to our bigger & brighter premises at 57-59 Elizabeth Street. We are a Tasmanian family business employing Tasmanians. Tasmanian Printer Cartridge Company specialise in the refurbishment of Laser, Inkjet, Photocopier and Fax printer cartridges, all work is carried out in our modern, fully-equipped workshops in Devonport and Launceston with our 'until empty'​ guarantee. We have gained a solid reputation for saving Tasmanians money on new genuine printer cartridges, and if we do not have it in stock we can air-freight it in overnight at no extra cost. Clients of the Company range from the individual to the small and large business, and colleges and schools throughout the length and breadth of Tasmania. We are proof that good old fashioned service is not dead.

The Tasmanian University Student Assocation was founded in 1899, and is one of the oldest associations in Australia. The association is responsible for providing independent representation and advocacy to over 29,000 students in Tasmania, as well as at the University’s Rozelle and Darlinghurst campuses in Sydney, NSW. The association supports over 120 affiliated Sporting Clubs and Societies and autonomous student collectives, publications such as Togatus (http://www.togatus.com.au), events, and participates in university governance.
