Cambridge and its environs are a particular focus. - All sites considered which suits our sector specialisms. - Opportunities to add value, either through new development, refurbishment or re-positioning of underperforming investment properties; for example, offices with short leases or development sites. - Primarily we are interested in offices, retail and leisure (especially cinema led), as well as strategic residential and mixed-use opportunities. - We will undertake speculative acquisition of assets using our own resources or joint ventures to enhance value, undertaken with landowners. - We will consider corporate and property portfolio acquisitions valued from £10m to £50m.
