Sumado a esto, disponemos de inteligencia de datos en Redes Sociales, donde mediante filtros otorgados por el cliente, somos capaces de rastrear todo lo relacionado a la competencia, con las múltiples ventajas que ello significa. Nuestra colaboración apunta a que puedan perfilar de la mejor manera su audiencia (incorporando gustos e intereses), ya que utilizamos métricas y analitycs que continuamente les permitirán mejorar la gestión del área, maximizando costos y resultados.

Çağrı merkezi maliyetlerini düşürmek için yola çıkan Tuşla, görsel IVR ile doğru müşteriyi doğru çağrı merkezi ile en kısa sürede buluşturur.
