The Teachers'​ Retirement Allowances Fund (TRAF), established in 1925, is the pension plan for public school teachers and other eligible employees in the Province of Manitoba. MISSION STATEMENT: We commit ourselves to manage the funds entrusted to our care in a prudent and professional manner, and to provide caring and responsive service to members. TRAF collects contributions from members, manages the investments of the pension plan and provides retirement, termination and death benefits to members and their beneficiaries as outlined in The Teachers'​ Pensions Act. TRAF must also comply with the applicable sections of The Pension Benefits Act and the Income Tax Act (Canada). The Teachers'​ Retirement Allowances Fund is a defined benefit pension plan that is funded with member contributions, investment income and deposits from the Province of Manitoba.

TeacherSITY is an empowerment movement for K12 teachers all over the country. Policy makers, Examining Boards, School administrators, principals and teachers have come together to lead the Teacher Empowerment movement. TeacherSITY is an organised and structured approach towards Teacher Empowerment. Through a series of professional development programs, access to research and teaching resources, community networks and web-based interventions & support, TeacherSITY is poised to help teacher re-invent themselves and their profession of teaching to meet the challenges of the 21st century learners. TeacherSITY, a collaborative initiative of THE GURUKUL TRUST, is a response to empower teachers enabling them to evolve professionally and personally, such that they equip themselves, intellectually, academically and spiritually to be able to support student needs. In collaboration with The Gurukul Trust, it is now launching Continuing Professional Development program (CPD) for practising teachers. TeacherSITY is a movement for, of and by the teachers and it shall soon be a campus. In any or all of its incarnations, the professional and personal challenges, opportunities and needs of the teachers would be addressed, resolved and provided. It is a collaboration amongst teachers, researchers, trainers, institutions, schools and school administrators in providing quality education conforming to global standards.

Teaching English in Italy is a teacher training organization and resource for English language teachers located in Florence, Italy. We provide professional training courses for language teachers and collaborate with several teacher training organizations. The 3 day Weekend TEFL, Advanced TEFL Weekend, and CLIL Weekend courses are held in collaboration with the Europass Teacher Academy. For those who cannot attend an onsite course, we offer several online courses which can be started and completed from anywhere. The courses we offer provide the certifications needed for working in private language schools as an English language teacher. The training courses are useful for new teachers seeking certification or those who have already been teaching but need to formalize their training by completing a certificate course.
