TEDxTukuy es un evento local organizado en Perú para construir conocimiento y enlazar a los participantes con la filosofía de TED internacional.

Technology Entertainment Design (TED) is a non-profit organisation devoted to ‘ideas worth spreading’. What started as a four day conference in California a quarter century ago is now a global platform for innovation and ground-breaking thought. The annual TED conference invites the world’s leading ‘thinkers and doers’ to speak for 18 minutes or less. These talks are then released online at www.ted.com; building a clearinghouse of free knowledge from the world’s most inspired thinkers. The TEDx program gives communities,organizations and individuals the opportunity to create ‘TED-like’ experiences at the local level. Planned and coordinated independently all around the world, TEDx events are a unique gathering in your community that will serve to inspire and inform. TEDxUQ is an annual independently organised TEDx event that first started in 2011. Run entirely by a team of passionate volunteers, including undergraduate and postgraduate UQ students, TEDxUQ brings a TED-like experience to the UQ and wider Brisbane communities.

Con el ánimo de difundir ideas que merecen la pena, TEDx es un programa de conferencias locales, organizadas de forma independiente, que permiten disfrutar de una experiencia similar a las conferencias TED. Nuestro evento se llama TEDxValència (originalmente TEDxCiutatVellaDeValència) donde la “x” significa “evento organizado localmente”. En nuestro evento se combinarán vídeos de TEDTalks con conferencias en para favorecer la conexión y el debate en grupos pequeños. TED Conference da guías generales para el programa TEDx, pero los eventos TEDx individuales están organizados de manera independiente (siguiendo ciertas normas y regulaciones).

TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) è un'organizzazione non-profit votata alle "idee che meritano di essere diffuse"​- "ideas worth spreading"​. Iniziata come una conferenza di quattro giorni in California 25 anni fa, TED è cresciuto nella sua "mission"​ attraverso molteplici iniziative. Nella Conferenza annuale di TED i maggiori protagonisti del "pensare"​ e del "fare"​ sono invitati a raccontare le proprie idee in presentazioni di massimo 18 minuti. I loro interventi sono messi a disposizione, gratuitamente, sul sito ted.com. Nello spirito di “idee che meritano di essere diffuse” TED ha lanciato un programma, chiamato TEDx, di eventi locali, organizzati in modo indipendente, che si propongono di riunire persone per condividere un’esperienza simile a quella che si vive con i TED. A tutti gli eventi TEDx, presentazioni dal vivo, performance e proiezioni di video tratti da TEDTalks sono combinati per stimolare relazioni e discussioni all’interno di gruppi di piccole dimensioni. Le Conferenze di TED forniscono il modello guida generale per gli eventi TEDx, ma i TEDx locali sono realizzati in modo indipendente.

TEDxWesleyanU strives to connect the bold ideas of Wesleyan University and the surrounding community. Wesleyan University is considered an elite liberal arts school in Middletown, CT with alumni leading all industries from theater (Lin-Manuel Miranda, Creator of Hamilton) to government (Senator Michael Bennet, Senator of Colorado) to sports (Bill Bellicheck, New England Patriots Coach). Levering the creative ideas of these Wesleyan connected individuals and the creative minds of the Wesleyan community, it makes for a unique TEDx experience. TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event, is a program created by TED to bring communities together by sharing TED-like experiences locally. At a TEDx event, hand-picked live speakers combine with TED Talk videos to spark deep discussions and human connection. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized and subject to certain rules and regulations.

As an independently organized TED event hosted in Calgary annually, TEDxYYC explores innovation and the future of our local and global community, through the lens of Technology, Entertainment and Design. TEDxYYC revels in the curiosity of the avant-garde, the spirited dialogue, and the challenge of ideas that navigate the intersection of human ability and imagination. TEDxZurich is a non-profit initiative and operates Zürich-based TEDx events under a license from TED. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TED Talks videos and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection. Organised by the core team of more than 40 volunteers, the annual TEDxZurich Event gathers up to 600 participants and inspiring speakers from all over the world who get together for a day of wonder, inspiration and awe. TEDxZurich concentrates on topics related to the city of Zurich and its surroundings but also caters to bringing ideas, and knowledge and talks about broader topics.
