TESELA, Materiales, Innovación y Patrimonio es una empresa innovadora de base tecnológica (EIBT), Spin-Off de la Universidad de Granada, que nace en 2015 con el propósito de promover una construcción sostenible desde un punto de vista medio-ambiental, económico y arquitectónico. TESELA surge a partir del grupo de investigación Estudio y conservación de los materiales de construcción en el Patrimonio Arquitectónico del Departamento de Mineralogía y Petrología de la Universidad de Granada, cuya labor investigadora, asesora y analítica en el ámbito del patrimonio histórico y los materiales de construcción se ha venido desarrollando durante más de 25 años, bajo la dirección del profesor catedrático, y miembro de TESELA, D. Eduardo Sebastián Pardo. Esta experiencia, junto con las técnicas instrumentales más vanguardistas, han permitido a TESELA realizar con éxito numerosos proyectos de asesoramiento para la conservación y restauración arquitectónica de diversos edificios monumentales, así como estudios de diagnóstico previos al proyecto de ejecución y labores de asesoría durante la ejecución de la obra y sobre el comportamiento que presentan diferentes materiales tradicionales, avanzados y sostenibles. La labor de TESELA se divide en cuatro áreas principales (Laboratorio/Innovación, Restauración/Rehabilitación, Gestión Patrimonial y Formación) que ofrecen un amplio abanico de servicios que van desde la caracterización, estudio y desarrollo de todo tipo de materiales utilizados en la construcción y en la conservación/restauración del patrimonio hasta servicios de asesoramiento e investigación orientados a empresas fabricantes de materiales, del sector de la construcción y de la restauración.

Tesera’s High Resolution Inventory Solutions (HRIS) are an integrated blend of Enhanced Forest Inventory (EFI) and Individual Tree Inventory (ITI) capabilities under a single unique and powerful inventory. We use LiDAR, multispectral imagery, ground plot data (along with terrain and climate data) to provide a more accurate, scalable and consistent inventory.
