The Active Well-being Initiative is a new NGO that promotes physical activity, health, well-being and sport for all. Through our #GlobalActiveCity programme, we help cities to improve residents'​ lives by enabling them to access sports and physical activities and make long term lifestyle changes. We are working with cities in six continents to tackle some of the biggest causes of non-communicable diseases (NCDs). Six cities have achieved the Global Active City label. TASK, founded in 1993 and launched in 2005, brings together qualified and trainee actuaries in professional, educational and research organisations with an aim of promoting the actuarial profession in the country and the regional market. TASK functions through its governing Council and Committees (functional and administrative). It is currently home to 400 registered members.
