the australian natural soap company

cosmetics

- Proudly Australian Australia is blessed with some of the world’s best natural oils. We at The Australian Natural Soap Company use our own special soap making process to bring these incredible ingredients to your bathroom. - Natural and Ecological Each of our soaps contain a unique combination of natural plant oils – oils that often have the same natural properties as our skin. Our special soap making process uses only natural plant oils and lye which have been used in soap making for centuries. The lye used to saponify the oils in our soaps gives them their cleaning qualities and is mostly eaten up during the saponification process. We do not use chemicals such as sodium lauryl sulfate or other artificial frothing agents and we are passionate about not using palm oil or tallow. We also use no artificial fragrances or added dyes and all our soaps are vegan and cruelty free which means we do not use any beeswax, goats milk or any other animal products in our soaps and they are not tested on animals. - Reciprocal Sustainability and Growth When we began making our own hand made soap with all natural plant oils and beautifully fragrant essential oils our soaps quickly became popular among our family and friends, even those who had not used soap for several years. The general feedback was: “I didn’t know soap could feel this good.” Now we proudly maintain two shopfronts in Melbourne CBD and are stocked across Australia as well as ship nationally and internationally to an ever growing customer base. While we grow we are committed to remaining environmentally friendly by using recyclable packaging and sustainable stocking materials and we proudly support local and international initiatives fighting to protect endangered animals threatened by the deforestation and pollution of their natural habitats.
