The Brandt Group is celebrating its 22 year in business. TBG conducts Mystery Shopping nationwide. Clients industries served included: Financial Services, Grocery, Retail, Fast Food, Fine Dining, Auto, Hotel and Hospitality. Other service include training seminars in Customer Service and Sales Development as well as focus groups, confidential employee surveys and perceptual studies.
