The Calm is a stunning 12 bedroom villa type resort with private rooms and en-suite bathrooms. We have created a calm and peaceful environment for people who have completed treatment for drug or alcohol addiction and are looking for the next step in their recovery. The Calm is a very unique sober home with world class treatment and care. We offer a transitional stage of treatment in between rehab and going home. We have a semi-structured programme that will show you healthy sustainable ways to live your recovery. You will take responsibility for your recovery around the programme adding in what you need. The programme has a very big spiritual element to it, incorporating excellent meditation practises, connecting with nature, Buddhist teachings (optional) and connecting with the amazing recovery community in Chiang Mai. You will also have Counselling and coaching sessions. We believe you should be empowered to own your recovery and we will support you in your recovery choices. We also support people who are a little wobbly in their recovery and feel the need to be part of a programme that can strengthen their recovery.
