UniTurn Ltd., a TS16949 certified company, specialised on producing shafts or similar products eg. for electric motors since 1996. We have an East-European location, well positioned to serve the West-European markets with good quality supply of electric motor shafts. Shaft diameter ranges from 4mm up to 36 mm, including turning, grinding, heat-treatment, induction treatment, whirling, rolling, pressing, etc. possible processes. Annual volumes between 100.000 pcs up to ca. 3 million pcs. UniTurn is planning a plant expansion of 2000 sqm by 2017., along with adding new capabilities to production, such as gear-cutting/gear hobbing. Így ha igazán jó vagy, nálunk gyorsan és biztosan kiderül gyorsabban és biztosabban haladhatsz felfelé a ranglétrán! 2) Nekünk is vannak világszínvonalú gépeink, melyek (hangsúlyozzuk, mert nagyon büszkék vagyunk rá: poligonmentes profil, 1 µm belüli köralak, Cpk > 1,67) akár milliós tételben is gyártanak. 3) Bár kisebb, rugalmas cég vagyunk, de három ISO-minősítésünk és saját magunknak fejlesztett vállalatirányítási rendszerünk a garancia arra, hogy nagyon is jól működő rendszerben folynak a dolgaink. 4) Ha pedig azt gondolod, a pénzügyileg sosem lesz olyan stabil egy kis cég: megalakulásunk óta folyamatosan növeljük mind forgalmunkat, mind a nyereségünket, és a pénzügyi krízis közepette is több mint 15 fővel növeltük csapatunk létszámát! 5) ...és nem utolsó sorban: mi 100%-ig magyar tulajdonú cég vagyunk, itthon adózunk, gyártunk és fejlesztünk világszínvonalú termékeket, akár a Bosch cégcsoportnak is.
