Trainee: The Trainee program is for international professionals to work in the United States and enhance their expertise and skills in their academic or occupational field. In order to qualify for this program category, participants must have a degree from a foreign college or university that is accredited by the local government and at least one year of work experience in the field outside of the US. Participants can also qualify for the trainee program if they have five years of experience in the field where they are seeking training.
