The uniWines Vineyards Group was formed in 2008 through the vision of a few dedicated directors. They believed that synergy could be achieved by combining forces. Although a young company, uniWines boasts with more than 50 years of wine-making and production experience. This not only gave us critical volume but also a flexible, market orientated business. We have 4 producing cellars & offer all the main varietals under our own brands or buyers-own-brands in various value for money price/quality segments, as well as bulk wine. Our wines are not made, but crafted by our skilled and passionate wine-making team. Our primary focus is to produce a range of complementary wine styles. We aim to deliver wines of exceptional quality that express the true characteristics of each variety and the "Breedekloof Wine of Origin"​. Our philosophy is to achieve quality and consistency through a vineyard to bottle approach. Choices made from pruning through to harvesting will determine the ultimate characteristic of the wine. That’s why we believe that working in tandem with the viticulturist is paramount in producing top quality wine. Great wines are created in the vineyard where our wine-making starts. As primary producer volume and control over product from vineyard to glass is important to us. We offer consistent quality at various price points. Quality of volume is vital and key to our success. We believe in flexibility and innovation. We build partnerships through vertical integration to ensure a long-term sustainable environment for all stakeholders. Our people and environment are our biggest asset. We are an accredited Fairtrade partner and a member of the Biodiversity in Wine Initiative. The mission of UNIwise is to help educational institutions deliver education, and specifically open, transparent and reliable exams and assessment of the highest quality. We do this by continually developing and delivering a digital platform that is able to support and handle the entirety of their exam and assessment process, as well as equip each stakeholder with the digital tools to administer and accomplish their individual tasks as efficiently as possible. Through a cloud-based digital exam and assessment platform that supports all necessary workflows and core subject matter requirements, UNIwise provides easy access to create, deliver and assess multiple types of exams and assessment, accompanied by tools for feedback, analytics and security with WISEflow.

Established in 1999, Uniwise Offshore, a Joint Venture of the Unithai Group, a major Thai offshore, shipyard and logistics group, and Miclyn Express Offshore (MEO), an Singapore based leading provider of offshore service vessels covering South-East Asia, Australia and the Middle East, has grown to become Thailand’s leading indigenous offshore support vessel (OSV) company. Uniwise Offshore owns and operates the largest crew boat fleet in the Gulf of Thailand and state of the art Marine Support Vessels, AHTS, and Utility vessels supporting:- Tanker Lifting, Static Tow duty; Drilling Rig Activities:- Anchor Handling, SPM Maintenance, Floating Hose Maintenance, Cargo Transportation, Stand-by, Fire-fighting, and Oil spill response. Supporting the Kingdom’s offshore Oil and Gas activities with transportation of crew changes and inter-field cargo operations. The company is growing its fleet of Drilling Rig Supporting: Anchor Handling Tug and Supply (AHTS) vessels. A key focus of the management, staff and crews of the company is on operational excellence and the belief that all accidents are preventable. As such, the company has demonstrated the highest commitment and performance in Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment and (HSQE), vessel uptime, and fuel efficiency metrics. This is led through regular management visits and audits with each vessel to discuss and embed themes of operational excellence. To support the growing operations in the Gulf of Thailand, Cambodia, the Malaysia Thai Joint Development Area and Myanmar, Uniwise has invested in shore support bases in Sattahip and Songkhla, in addition to the Bangkok head office. In addition to providing technical and commercial management for its own fleet, Uniwise Offshore provides technical management for a wide range of Offshore Supply Vessels and crew boats from MEO. In all, Uniwise Offshore provides technical management for over 40 vessels.
