Ce ne sont pas les belles vues qui manquent dans le monde mais plus les restaurants pour en profiter. Mais un restaurant offrant de telles vues ne doit pas abîmer le lieu exceptionnel qui l'accueille. Ce qui veut dire recycler ses déchets, rationner et filtrer l'eau et avoir pour but ultime de produire sa propre énergie. 🚠 POURQUOI ITINÉRANT ? Pour faire découvrir davantage de vues exceptionnelles, des terroirs variés et proposer une offre différente de restauration partout où ventrus avec vue se pose. La structure a donc été pensée pour s'installer en moins d'une semaine à n'importe quel endroit (ville, campagne, mer). 🌱 POURQUOI LOCAVORE ? Parce qu'il faut sublimer les terroirs et les producteurs locaux qui travaillent proprement et avec amour. Proposer une cuisine de marché créative mais gourmande portée par des chefs en résidence quelques mois qui ont le souci du beau, du bon et du bienveillant. De vrais ventrus en somme.

Ventura Country Club Community HOA is a gated, self-managed community of more than 1,700 luxury homes and condominiums and an 18-hole semi-private golf course. Recreational facilities include swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, children's play area, shuffleboard and bocce courts, as well as a fitness center. Ventura Country Club is a Semi-Private Country Club located in Downtown Orlando designed by Mark Mahannah in 1981. Mr. Mahannah designed many courses in Florida from the 1960’s through the late 1980’s with the plan of keeping Florida’s natural landscape intact. This attention of preserving the landscape is ever present at Ventura Country Club, built on the former site of the Raper Dairy Farm, who supplied Orlando’s larger TG Lee Dairy for many years. Ventura’s lush layout weaves its way through the pines, canals and natural wetlands all located here in the City Beautiful, Orlando FL. Although the first three holes are lined by a lucky few homeowners, the rest of the course is very player friendly with homes in sight but not easily in range of a player’s errant shot.
