VIROBAG - we create digitally printed 100% recycled bags for all. At VIROBAG we design, digitally print and hand-sew all types of bespoke reusable shopper bags, event bags and apparel bags. These bags are re-manufactured from 100% post-consumer waste PET and are aimed squarely at combating and replacing the single-use plastic bag in our world today. Our aim is to provide all retailers regardless of size and order quantity with a recycled consumer bag option. Our digital technology allows for the ultimate branding flexibility, in which immediate brand design, campaign changes, multiple design variety and photographic full coverage prints are all possible at the click of a button. Virosac è l’azienda leader in Italia nella produzione di prodotti per la casa, in particolare sacchi per i rifiuti e sacchi per la congelazione degli alimenti. Nata quasi 40 anni fa, impiega oggi più di 100 dipendenti che lavorano in Italia, in due stabilimenti a Pederobba (TV). Qui attraverso strumentazioni d’avanguardia vengono lavorate ogni anno 8.000 tonnellate di materiale e prodotti 600 milioni di sacchetti. Se alla nascita erano soprattutto i sacchi frigo, la produzione di Virosac si è poi notevolmente allargata arrivando a comprendere ogni tipo di sacco per i rifiuti (dal piccolo sacco in mater-bi per il rifiuto umido fino ai grandi sacchi ultraresistenti per il rifiuto secco del condominio) e tantissime soluzioni diverse per la cucina, il guardaroba, il giardino. Ma la peculiarità di Virosac è la capacità di creare prodotti nuovi: è il caso ad esempio del sistema brevettato Lacciosac per la chiusura più pratica dei sacchetti, la saldatura antigoccia che evita le rotture, lo Stopsac oltre al Saccofrigo con laccetto già incorporato nella sacco. Tema importante per Virosac è quello della tutela dell’ambiente. Per questo collabora da oltre 10 anni con Legambiente nel promuovere una coscienza ambientale tra il pubblico e nel fornire prodotti sempre all’avanguardia: è stata tra le prime aziende in Italia ad ottimizzare l’utilizzo di plastiche rigenerate o materiali biodegradabili e cerca di ridurre al minimo gli imballi dei suoi prodotti.
