Gedreven en een tikje eigenzinnig Na vele jaren bij verschillende toonaangevende advocatenkantoren te hebben gewerkt, wilden wij zelf een mooi, maar niet te groot, specialistisch advocatenkantoor neerzetten. Een kantoor van korte lijnen en een persoonlijke aanpak. Een kantoor dat complexe juridische geschillen tot praktische oplossingen brengt. En dit alles tegen een concurrerend uurtarief: een alternatief voor grote gespecialiseerde kantoren. Dat is wat ons in 2006 er toe bracht om VMBS Advocaten op te richten. VMBS Advocaten is gespecialiseerd in ondernemingsrecht, financiering, zekerheden en insolventierecht, huurrecht en intellectueel eigendomsrecht. Professionele partijen zoals bedrijven, banken, institutionele beleggers en woningcorporaties, weten daarom hun weg naar VMBS Advocaten te vinden, maar ook particulieren. Uw belang is ons uitgangspunt. Onderzoeken wat écht belangrijk is voor de cliënt en adviezen geven die aansluiten bij de cliënt, met inzet van onze juridische kennis en expertise. Als er geprocedeerd moet worden doen we dat, maar de praktijk leert dat u daarmee als cliënt lang niet altijd het beste af bent. Wij zoeken met u naar realistische en haalbare oplossingen, de gebruikelijke maar ook de ongebruikelijke, alternatieven, waar u mogelijk zelf nog niet aan had gedacht. Ook maakt ons kantoor soms uitgesproken keuzes. Zo laten onze specialisten op het gebied van financiering, zekerheden en insolventierecht zich niet tot curator benoemen. Sommigen noemen dat eigenzinnig. Wij vinden vooral dat we alles moeten doen om onze cliënten goed te bedienen. Als daar niet-alledaagse keuzes voor nodig zijn, dan adviseren wij die graag. In the Dual Token structure, VAI is used to fuel the transactions in the network and VMC-ST represents economic ownership of the network in the form of pro-rata profit rights. The (utility token) VAI is a stable coin pegged to the Euro at 100 VAI per 1.00 and is not used as an investment unit. The (security token) VMC-ST represents economic ownership in the form of pro-rata profit rights in the company (vmc.ai b.v.). VMC-ST tokens are the financial success of the project and may be used for investing and trading purposes.
