Créé en 1919, Vosgelis est aujourd’hui le premier OPH (Office public de l’habitat) de Lorraine avec un parc de 17.500 logements répartis dans 112 communes. Vosgelis loge plus de 30.000 personnes, soit 8% de la population du département des Vosges. Acteur économique incontournable, Vosgelis emploie 220 salariés et mobilise plus de 800 fournisseurs avec 500 marchés par an. Voss kommune er sentralt plassert i Hordaland, i hjarta av fjord-Noreg. Voss er eit knutepunkt både mellom Hardanger og Sogn, og mellom aust og vest. Både Bergensbanen, stamvegen E16 og riksveg 13 går gjennom kommunen. Bergen ligg berre ein times togtur unna. Voss er ein skulestad med to store vidaregåande skular og lange tradisjonar.
