Voyager Aviation is a commercial aircraft leasing and aviation finance solutions company, with offices in Ireland and the United States. Our strategy is to continue growing Voyager as a leading lessor of mostly new and young passenger aircraft. We are managed by Amedeo (www.amedeo.aero), an industry-leading asset manager and aircraft investor. Our team, working together with Amedeo, will actively pursue growth in all three acquisition channels new orders directly with the aircraft manufacturers, sale and leaseback transactions with airlines, and portfolio acquisitions from other lessors. Our aim is to generate stable and highly visible revenues, earnings and cash flows. While our heritage is based on primarily acquiring wide-body aircraft, over time we intend to broaden both our asset base and our global footprint. Who are we? Voyager Group, the Jeep, Alfa Romeo and Mazda Dealership and Mercedes-Benz, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Mazda Service Center in Poznan, Poland. We also sell used cars, provide a wide range of automotive services, manage vehicle collision damages and deal with financing and insurance. Voyager Group has been present on the automotive market for 25 years. We are a dynamically developing company, well known to the market and appreciated by customers and trade partners. Our team of 100 people includes not only a large number of seasoned sales consultants and certified car service consultants but also trained and well-educated mechanics, electronics and mechatronics experts, IT experts, vehicle collision damage consultants and spare parts specialists. Managed by a group of highly qualified managers, we are a team of young and dynamic people who continually develop their skills and competences and use modern IT technology and state-of-the-art equipment.
