Working Spec is a startup, focussed on helping Manufacturers and Architects impart their assembly instructions to the end user. We have developed a platform that links 2D drawings, brochures and product packaging with an interactive 3D model. The model allows the end user to view a step, by step assembly of the detail in 3 dimensions. Unlike 2D videos which already exist, the model can be rotated to view the animation from various angles in realtime. To compliment the app, we have assembled various manufacturer details and entered them in to a searchable database so that the end user does not have to scour the internet or waste time visiting various manufacturer websites to collect the information. We are constantly improving our software to meet the end user needs.

Wij willen activiteiten ontplooien waarmee wij zelf een directe bijdrage leveren aan een betere toekomst voor ons allemaal. Funding Met onze Foundation zamelen wij geld in. Wij doen dit door €0,10 van ieder uur wat Working Spirit factureert aan haar opdrachtgevers, voor de inzet van de medewerkers, te reserveren voor de foundation. Zo zetten al onze gedetacheerde collega's zich in voor de Working Spirit Foundation. We gaan daarnaast proberen opdrachtgevers en freelancers te betrekken bij onze missie. Beide groepen stellen wij voor om ook een bijdrage te doen vanuit het uurtarief. Zo hebben wij met zijn allen een gezamenlijk doel en meer impact.

After conscripting brother Tim to the cause, the Dobbs boys took their made-to-measure market niche by the horns and rode it through the streets of Auckland to 523 Parnell Road, an address that is still the flagship site for Working Style. Suits followed shirts, then casual wear and accessories joined the fray. Before too long, a man could walk into Working Style and leave with a totally new view of himself. Distinctly dapper, but with the underlying feeling that he could do a valve grind at short notice if required. Today the style philosophy that drives Working Style exists somewhere between likely lad and landed lord. It sits comfortably astride a motorcycle, but can also command undivided attention around the boardroom table. Guided by directors Chris Dobbs, Tim Dobbs and Andrew Cole - Working Style now has its eye on attaining a presence beyond the shores of New Zealand, one well-shod step at a time.
