Établi en 1964, Wycliffe Suisse fait partie d'un réseau de plus de 100 organisations sous le nom de l'Alliance Wycliffe Mondiale. Wycliffe compte 12000 collaborateurs expatriés et nationaux de plus de 60 pays, dont environ 80 Suisses qui travaillent dans 25 pays sur tous les continents. Les collaborateurs du bureau suisse à Bienne s'occupent de l'administration du personnel, de la comptabilité et de la communication. Tout comme leurs collègues basés à l'étranger, leur salaire est financé par des dons. Wir setzen uns dafür ein, dass immer mehr Menschen Gottes Wort in ihrer Muttersprache vernehmen können und Zugang zur Welt der Schrift finden. Der Verein «Wycliffe Schweiz» wurde 1964 gegründet und ist Mitglied der Wycliffe Global Alliance. Von weltweit über 12000 Wycliffe-Mitarbeitern sind 80 Schweizer. Sie arbeiten in 25 Ländern auf allen Kontinenten. Die Mitarbeiter des Heimatbüros in Biel besorgen die Personalverwaltung, Buchhaltung und Kommunikation. Ihr Lohn setzt sich aus Spenden zusammen, in gleicher Weise wie für die Mitarbeiter im Ausland.

Wycombe High School is a highly successful and very popular girls'​ grammar school located in the south of Buckinghamshire. The school is housed on a large, attractive site overlooking the town of High Wycombe and the Chiltern countryside beyond. The School achieved academy status on 1 May 2011. We have six forms of entry and take girls from a wide area, from over fifty primary schools, both state and private. We have approximately 1300 girls at the school, nearly 400 of these being in our Sixth Form. There are over 130 members of staff providing the girls with the teaching, help and support they require. Each year we welcome around 20-30 students who join Wycombe High School’s Sixth Form from other schools. Mrs S N Crome Headteacher
