PT Waskita Beton Precast (WSBP) is one of the subsidiaries of PT Waskita Karya (Persero), Tbk which is operating in manufacturing industry of precast and readymix concrete. WSBP was established at October 2014 where previously WSBP was a precast division of PT Waskita Karya (Persero), Tbk since 1 January 2013 which focused on precast and readymix concrete production. The Company has successfully undertaken various projects in the field of toll-road, bridges, high-rise building, and river revitalization. PT Waskita Beton Precast has pretty fast capacity development. In 2014, precast production capacity was 800,000 ton/year and until 2016, WSBP has production capacity of 2,650,000 ton/year. Up until now, PT. Waskita Beton Precast operates 10 (ten) precast plants, which are: Precast Plant Karawang, Precast Plant Cibitung, Precast Plant Sadang, Precast Plant Sidoarjo, Precast Plant Subang, Precast Plant Kalijati, Precast Plant Bojanegara, Precast Plant Klaten, and 2 Precast Plant di Palembang (Soekarno-Hatta and Gasing). Besides, the Company also has 41 batching plants that are scattered in all over Java, Sumatera, and Sulawesi Island. With the ever-growing company performance, and the increasing demand for precast and readymix products, PT Waskita Beton Precast realizes that it needs to expand and develop the business to become one of the biggest precast and readymix concrete manufacturing company in Indonesia. This fact underlines the Company to conduct Initial Public Offering in Indonesia Stock Exchange at 20 September 2016 by releasing 10.54 billion of shares with offering price of Rp 490/share. Consequently, the Company obtains fresh fund from the IPO of Rp 5.16 trillion with the underwriters are PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Bahana Securities, dan PT BNI Securities.
