Western Medical Assessments has been operating successfully in Western Canada since 1993, providing a repertoire of services for virtually all the major automobile insurance companies, long term disability insurers, and employers as well as solicitors representing both plaintiff and defense. We also arrange assessments in larger cities throughout Canada and abroad for your out-of-province and out-of-country claims. Another pragmatic and cost-saving service we provide is file reviews, where the appropriate specialist is asked to offer a private opinion on the issues. In most cases, these reviews provide sufficient information to give the adjuster, case manager or lawyer the confidence to decide whether to proceed to the negotiating table or to send the claimant for additional investigations and/or treatment.
