Students at Western Texas College enjoy a small-town, friendly atmosphere with a caring and approachable faculty and staff. Western Texas College is committed to excellence as it challenges students to reach their full potential. WTC’s mission resonates through all departments and activities on the campus. The College concentrates on programs that reflect the needs of the youth and employers in the community and surrounding area. With over thirty majors and additional electives of study, students can earn an Associates of Arts, an Associate of Arts in Teaching, an Associates of Science, or an Associates of Applied Science degree. WTC also offers many certificate programs to quickly train students to enter the work world within one or two years. WTC boasts a soccer field, baseball and softball fields, and a 3890 seat Coliseum for basketball and other events.
