The Walkinshaw Racing organisation was founded by the late Tom Walkinshaw and continues to be operated by the Walkinshaw family. Its Australian operation is the most successful in touring car/V8 Supercars history, with eight Championships, 10 Bathurst 1000 victories and more than 250 all-time race wins. In addition to successfully operating the famous Holden Racing Team for over 20 years, Walkinshaw Racing also runs Supercheap Auto Racing and Heavy Haulage Australia Racing within its four-car Melbourne based facility. Its winning roster of drivers has included Peter Brock, Craig Lowndes, Mark Skaife, Greg Murphy, Jason Bright, Todd Kelly and Will Davison, in addition to current HRT drivers, Garth Tander and James Courtney. WalkOn Nation was created to redefine athletic identity to ultimately empower student-athletes to allow their platform to enhance them, not define them. Student-athletes struggle with athletic-identity, both in and out of their sport. This struggle leads to an unfulfillment in their lives that leaves our athletes lost. WalkOn Nation specializes in assisting athletes with their athletic identity to help them realize who they truly are outside of their sport. Through our interactive workshops we will show the athlete that they are ENHANCED and not defined by their athletic status.

Developed by former Walk-Ons turned scholarship athletes from UCF, Michael Willett and Tristan Reaves have created a developmental program for student-athletes alike across the country. WalkOn Nation stands for three Core principles; Affirmation, Integrity, and Readiness. Throughout our sessions with your student-athletes we will delve into these principles from an interactive, innovative, and authentic prospective. What makes WalkOn Nation so revolutionary is our passion to build up the next generation, and our first hand experiences with adversity throughout our careers. As former division 1 athletes, we understand the pressures and struggles that come with it. We are determined to pass down what we learned from the tough lessons we've encountered throughout our careers to ensure that every student-athlete that comes through our program will be equipped with the tools they need to be successful in life outside of the comfort of their sport.
