Wexus Gruppen AS is a manufacturer and supplier of modular buildings to most industrial segments as well as municipal and state institutions. Module buildings are either sold or rented according to customer needs or preferences. Wexus Gruppen AS has its headquarter in Stavanger and has through its subsidiary Module Tech OU in Estonia, the production of the modules. The company's production has its own technical approval from Sintef where it is about to increase the capacity to approximately 1500 modules a year. Module Tech has its own architects and design resources at the customer's disposal for customizing the desired buildings. The modules are being built in Tallinn, where the modules are delivered complete from the factory, according to customer requirements and specification. Wexus Gruppen AS has seen a strong growth since the company was established and has become one of the leading players in modular buildings in Norway. The company has also grown into Sweden in 2018 and has established a Swedish company (Wexus AB) in Stockholm. Wexus AB will cover the ever-expanding market in Sweden and have already delivered modules from the Stockholm office. The group is organized by a strong management team with broad experience from the modular construction industry. The Wexus Group is partly owned by the fund Norvestor VII L.P. (about 60%) and key employees in the company (about 40%) Norvestor VII L.P. managed by Norvestor Equity AS, headquartered in Oslo.
