Our goal is to therapeutically support and strengthen youth, families, organizations and communities through the creation of innovative services, products and initiatives. The motto most central to what we do is: “WE DON’T GIVE UP ON FAMILIES!” For 26 twenty years, WIN has helped thousands of Maryland youth and their families through its logosmall2continuum of community-based treatment services and its holistic, strength-based philosophy of care. WIN recognizes the ever changing needs of communities and continually seeks to meet those needs. In addition to its child placement services and training, WIN offers a Therapeutic Wellness Center. As a consortium of programs, WIN is developing new services, including: adult in-home services, residential, educational & vocational services, and home & emergent healthcare.

WiN Global Young Generation is an integrated part of WiN Global, a unique intercultural NGO of skilled women in the nuclear sector. The aim of this group is to actively contribute to the climate change and gender balance debates, knowledge and experience exchange between members and chapters, creation of partnerships, development and learning opportunities, and further promote the interest in nuclear engineering, science, and other nuclear related professions.
