While the academic program is rigorous, students are, in general, more collaborative than they are competitive. There is a real sense of community learning at Wittenberg that happens not only between students, but also with their professors. Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences is a private, international business school in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, offering a wide range of double-accredited undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, fully taught in English with an international and personal approach. All programmes have six entrance dates a year. Some programmes can also be followed in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and Munich, Germany.

Sensor data combined with indoor & outdoor positioning provides a unique set of features for asset monitoring applications.

Witts Design, a newly founded company, is run by Michelle and Stephanie Witts. This mother and daughter team came to life in the midst of both designers studying for a Bachelor of Arts in Textile Design. Their undoubtedly high quality designs stem from a combined knowledge of fashion, interiors and print which span over several decades leaving their clients with cutting edge contemporary prints. Their pieces are inspired through what they see and experience in the world around them. This allows them to explore everything from urban city life to the rural parks in the country. Stimulated by natural and manmade environments, these effervescent designers seek and succeed in creating designs which ooze individuality. Traditional methods such as screen printing, alongside the modern digital techniques of using photoshop and illustrator, are incorporated into the process of creating such elegant designs. Between both Michelle and Stephanie, they possess a wide range of skills in dyeing fabrics as well as a variety of embellishment processes including embroidery, beading and laser cutting. These techniques, alongside their creative and active minds, allows them to enhance each design to fulfil their clients’ needs.

A niche consultancy, Witts Worldwide connects businesses and people throughout fire, security and life safety industries. We help global manufacturers, enter/expand in the UAE with a focused approach and introductions to the right partners and consultants. We also work with integrators looking to broaden their product range by facilitating relationships and trading agreements with manufacturers. Our other bespoke services include new business set-up (in UAE), sales development, local technical support and human resources (head hunting and recruitment).
