WonderBrand Academy gör vi det möjligt för bolag i alla storlekar att ta kontroll över sitt varumärkesarbete och driva strategiprocessen på egen hand. WonderBrand Academy utgår från dig och ditt bolag. Utbildningen består av tre kurstillfällen med några veckors mellanrum. Däremellan arbetar deltagarna konkret på att utforma sitt eget bolags varumärke och strategier. Som stöd och verktyg har vi utvecklat en digital plattform som guidar och sammanställer arbetet. Under utbildningen lär du dig skapa en varumärkesdiagnos, varumärkes- och kommunikationsstrategi samt hur man implementerar strategierna och får hela bolaget ska ”leva” varumärket – inifrån och ut. Efter kursen har du bland annat verktyg för det viktiga arbetet med att: • skilja mellan skäl (rationella argument) och själ (varumärkets personlighet) • stärka den interna kulturen på bolaget • vara rädd om befintliga och attrahera nya medarbetare • identifiera och äga din position på marknaden • kommunicera på rätt sätt till rätt målgrupp WonderBrand Academy är den helt naturliga förlängningen av varumärkesbyrån WonderBrand. Som konsulter har vi hjälpt hundratals bolag till tydligare positionering, intern samsyn, konsekvens mellan beteenden och attribut och varumärkeslöften som går att leva upp till varje dag.
