DISABILITIES & MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT You Connect (YC) is a not-for-profit organisation that supports people living with a disability, have complex behaviours and/or have mental health diagnosis that impact their day-to-day functioning. You Connect was formerly known as Youth Connections. We support people aged 6-40 by providing a range of services in capacity-building supports, community participation, employment readiness, and housing.

A pay p/hr service where we price any work by time. Theres no long term contract, just engage us as & when you need & well get the job(s) done. These ad-hoc projects will be fully scoped out with you so that were all clear on the plan of action & managed using a bespoke version of PRINCE (Projects In a Controlled Environment) methodology. Simply billed monthly & charged per service. We also offer an ongoing HR service provision, starting from as little as £15pp, per month for access to starter pack templates, through to £95pp, per month for us to become your all-encompassing, expert outsourced HR team. All businesses are different, so we offer 3 different service levels to suit. For any additional work our fee is £100 p/ hour, which is added to your monthly invoice.
