In 1995, Derek Ryan opened the first Yamamori restaurant on George's Street, Dublin. What started as a single establishment has since blossomed into a triumvirate of thriving restaurants and bars in the city centre, each celebrated for its commitment to delivering traditional, authentic Japanese dishes, superb cocktails, friendly service, and a vibrant atmosphere. Yamamori South City, established in 1995, remains the flagship location. Boasting an array of delights, including tempura, sushi, Japanese grill, and freshly prepared ramen, it has secured its place as the pioneer of Japanese cuisine in Dublin.
