ZIEN in de Klas is een inspirerend en landelijk opererend onderwijsadviesbureau. Onze missie is het gelukkig ZIEN van de gehele klas en gelijke kansen voor ieder kind. De basis hiervoor is een goede relatie tussen de leerkracht/docent en de leerlingen. Wij richten ons op het meebouwen aan een sterke basis binnen de school, zodat zoveel mogelijk leerlingen kunnen profiteren van het onderwijsaanbod. Samen kijken we naar wat leerlingen wél kunnen en werken we aan een optimale basisondersteuning. In onze werkwijze onderscheiden wij ons door onze kennis van het onderwijs, zowel in theorie als in de praktijk. Dat komt o.a. tot uiting in de praktische en haalbare adviezen die we geven. We zijn flexibel en komen zoveel mogelijk tegemoet aan de wensen van de school. We zijn betrokken en laagdrempelig. De uitgangspunten van handelingsgericht werken staan centraal. Daarnaast vormen ook de principes van het oplossingsgerichte en opbrengstgerichte werken een basis in ons werk.
