Zoé4life is recognized as a public service utility and has 4 main goals: 1. Support families of children with cancer financially. 2. Support and accelerate access to new innovative treatments and research in pediatric oncology so that some day all children have a chance at a cure. 3. Elles se prolongent sur les liens entre la nature, la diversité des cultures et des communautés humaines dans les pays du Sud comme du Nord (Coll. Nouvelles Terres, Presse Universitaire France). En 2017, la Fondation Zoein, reconnue d’utilité publique, est créée à Genève. Elle a pour but de co-produire des savoirs engagés afin de répondre, à son échelle, aux bouleversements de notre monde, et plus particulièrement ceux engendrés par le dérèglement climatique et l’effondrement de la biodiversité. En 2019, Sophie Swaton lance l’Association Zoein, dont le siège est à Paris, dans le but de promouvoir le Revenu de Transition Ecologique en France. Depuis, la Fondation soutient l’association, à travers un partenariat scientifique et financier. La Fondation Zoein, en Suisse, et l’Association Zoein, en France, poursuivent ensemble l’objectif de promouvoir de nouveaux modèles socio-économiques et démocratiques, articulant enjeux écologiques et enjeux sociaux. La Fondation et l’Association facilitent ainsi l’appropriation de solutions innovantes par les acteurs de terrains. Elles contribuent en cela à l’émergence de nouveaux imaginaires en faveur d’une société plus soutenable, ancrée dans les réalités des territoires.
