ZEHA BERLIN SHOES TRADITION AND ZEITGEIST The story of Zeha begins in 1897, when a factory for leather shoes was established in the state of Thuringia, Germany. Years later, Zeha became the official sport shoe manufacturer for the GDR, and the sneaker with the double-stripe trademark was born. Założycielem i jedynym udziałowcem firmy jest Zehnder Group AG, szwajcarskie przedsiębiorstwo o ponad 100 letniej tradycji, znane na rynku europejskim jako producent grzejników wysokiej jakości. W roku 1998, na terenie województwa dolnośląskiego, w Bolesławcu, przy ul. Modłowej 5, wybudowano i oddano do użytku halę produkcyjną o powierzchni ponad 8000 m2 oraz uruchomiono produkcję grzejników łazienkowych. W latach 2001-2003 firma uległa znacznej rozbudowie: powstały nowe hale produkcyjne z linią do anoforetycznego przygotowania powierzchni oraz chromowania. Następnie w roku 2005 zakończono rozbudowę zakładu o nową halę logistyczną. Ogólna powierzchnia produkcyjna wynosi obecnie ok. 16 000 m2. Funkcjonowanie Zehnder Group Bolesławiec odbywa się w ramach Zehnder Group Organisation, w której Zehnder PL jest jedną z jednostek produkcyjnych (Production Business Unit).

A Zehnk é uma startup carioca formada por uma equipe que já sentiu na pele o problema que buscamos resolver: a falta de produtividade e a simplicidade no trabalho. As Olimpíadas do Rio têm muito a ver com a Zehnk. Foi durante este projeto que os três fundadores se reencontraram, ainda em 2013. Fleury, como principal executivo da Gerenciadora, contratada pela Prefeitura do Rio de Janeiro para gestão e acompanhamento das construções das arenas olímpicas, e Jesuíno e Barizon, responsáveis pelo desenvolvimento de um Portal de Gerenciamento destas Obras Olímpicas. As dificuldades do projeto, comuns a vários outros, principalmente na eficácia da comunicação da equipe, fez perceber a oportunidade de se melhorar a gestão do trabalho de forma mais colaborativa e fazer fluir a comunicação dos times, facilitando a vida de todos e evitando que decisões de projeto pudessem ser tomadas desestruturadamente, através de trocas de emails e mensagens pelo celular. Desta forma, ao longo de 2015, um protótipo foi criado e apresentado a um grupo de investidores, que apostou na ideia. Assim, a ZEHNK ganhou forma e atraiu uma segunda rodada de investimentos para sua evolução. Esta nova etapa iniciou-se em Março de 2016, já com o time trabalhando totalmente focado no projeto e com a utilização do produto por alguns “beta-users”. No início de Setembro de 2016, a versão comercial da ZEHNK estava pronta e foi lançada ao mercado através de uma campanha de marketing digital. Desde o seu lançamento, a ZEHNK vem atraindo um número cada vez maior de usuários e empresas, que vem se multiplicando a cada mês, com feedbacks extremanente positivos.
