The Birthplace of Country Music is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that seeks to perpetuate, promote, and celebrate Bristol’s rich musical heritage; to educate and engage audiences worldwide regarding the history, impact and legacy of the 1927 Bristol Sessions; and to create recognition, opportunities, and economic benefit for our local and regional communities. BCM accomplishes this mission through its three primary branches (Museum, Festival, and Radio), special projects and events, and a multitude of community and educational outreach programs. A brief description of the three primary entities follows:

Birthright America is guided by the idea that when a child encounters something extraordinary, something never experienced before, that child's life is profoundly changed. The National Parks are a treasure every child should have the right to experience. Birthright America aims to provide every child living in the United States, regardless of their familys economic resources, with the opportunity to experience and learn about the natural grandeur of this great country. Too often children growing up in economically disadvantaged neighborhoods are unlikely to see even the natural wonders quite near them (such as the beach for students living in Florida); Birthright America aims to provide those children with the transformative opportunity to visit the countrys great National Parks by providing them with the structure and resources to visit a National Park and to receive both the educational and emotional enrichment that comes from such an experience. They will return to their schools and communities stronger leaders and advocates.

Since time immemorial, each month of the year has been associated with a precious stone. Ancient cultures believed that wearing a gem during its assigned month heightened its powers. Birthstone Scents is a line of twelve talisman fragrances inspired by this ancient tradition. Each scent has been infused with its gem for a full lunar cycle to harness the power of the stone to heal and protect. Created in partnership between gemologists and renowned perfumers, all our fragrances are developed with the utmost care and integrity. Our line is exclusively made with clean and natural ingredients that were extracted by steam, cold pressing, or carbon dioxide extraction. We use pure essential oils. Our scents are non-toxic, sustainable, cruelty free, paraben free, phthalate free, sulfate free and we never test anything on animals.

Originally founded in 1945, Birtley House Nursing Home is a family-run care home, set just outside Guildford. Nestled in the heart of the Surrey Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty, Birtley House enjoys idyllic surroundings. The family has been providing care on the site since 1932. Birtley House stretches 48 acres of its own land. Our woodland is home to artists, craft trades, farmers' fields, an apple orchard of around 700 trees, a kitchen garden, beekeepers, and multiple species of wildlife. The grounds of Birtley House enjoy stunning scenery including lakes, beautifully flowered gardens, and much more. To this day, the Whalley family actively works within the business as hands-on directors who are amongst the key decision-makers. This active involvement ensures that Birtley House feels like 'home'​ to those who live there, stay for respite, or simply visit for day club. Chairman Simon Whalley is the grandson of the Nursing Home founder Dick Whalley. Simon has since extended the business to offer flats for independent living. Birtley House hosts various events such as the Surrey Sculpture Garden and, previously, the Surrey Hills Wood Fair. Simon has involvement and board level positions in various community projects and other local Surrey businesses, which helps to bring the community into the home, making it a vibrant and happy place to both live and work.
