Back on Track is proud to be a ‘niche’ provider of injury prevention and rehabilitation services. We are not big, we are specialists. You will get continuity of service from the same physiotherapist or occupational therapist. We average 26 years of experience in physiotherapy and occupational therapy. Back on Track has been in the occupational health business for over 13 years, delivering services throughout Queensland and northern NSW. We have strong client relationships and through years of shared history, we have come to know our clients’ business needs very well enabling us to deliver fast, flexible and effective services. At Back on Track we understand business, we understand people and we are expert problem-solvers. When you call a physio to the workplace, you either foresee a problem or there already is one. We assess and diagnose the problem, whether that be a musculoskeletal injury for one worker or a business-wide problem with a task or plant. You can find Back on Track’s consultants in corporate office environments, schools, hospitals, wharfs, construction sites, drilling rigs, mines and up power poles. We love exotic places! You know that investing in workplace health will improve productivity, business performance and safety. However, when trends or fads emerge it can be difficult to determine which are truly helpful. We will support your organisation and people to grow in well-being and productivity through evidence-based and outcome-focussed services. Since 2004, Back on Track has demonstrated capacity to meet the needs of small and big business. We have worked with businesses ranging from 10 to 3000+ staff. Through our own specialists as well as a network of professional colleagues in psychology, dietetics, occupational therapy and exercise physiology, we deliver on the largest of projects. We exceed expectations, adhere to budget and time constraints and provide practical, expert advice.

Back to Back Theatre creates new forms of contemporary performance created by artists with disabilities, giving voice to social and political issues which speak to all people. Based in the regional centre of Geelong, the company is one of Australia’s most globally recognised and respected contemporary theatre companies. Seeking to make a body of work that exists in repertoire across time, the company tours extensively locally, nationally and internationally. Over the last decade, Back to Back Theatre has presented 40 national and 70 international seasons of its work. Since 1999, under the Artistic Directorship of Bruce Gladwin, the company has nurtured a unique artistic voice with an emphasis on the ensemble’s own commentaries on broad social and cultural dialogue. Created through a process of research, improvisation and scripting, new work is realised across time via collaboration between the ensemble, Artistic Director and guest artists. In addition to its professional practice Back to Back Theatre collaborates intensively with communities around the world, with a focus on artistic excellence and elevated social inclusion for all people of difference. Back to Back Theatre has received multiple national and international awards including in recent years a Helpmann Award for Best Australian Work, an Edinburgh International Festival Herald Angel Critics’ Award, a New York Bessie and the Myer Foundation Group Award for longstanding contribution to the development of Australian theatre. In 2015, Bruce Gladwin received the Australia Council for the Arts’ Inaugural Award for Outstanding Achievement in Theatre. In 2022 the Ibsen award, theatre’s equivalent of the Nobel prize, and in 2024, Back to Back has been awarded the prestigious Golden Lion award for lifetime achievement in theatre by the Venice Biennale.
