CFA Society North Carolina (CFANC) was established in 1971 to provide education and support to the area’s investment professionals. The CFA NC membership consists of portfolio managers, security analysts, investment advisors, and other financial professionals.

CFA Societies Australia promotes ethical and professional standards within the investment industry, encourages professional development through the international CFA Program and facilitates the open exchange of information and opinions. CFA Societies Australia is further focused on putting investors first and making a positive difference to the investment community to build up trust within the profession. The CFA Society Switzerland boasts over 3000 Members in Switzerland, against barely 100 in 1996 at inception. It is the largest CFA Institute society in continental Europe. We support more than 6000 candidates enrolled in the CFA Program in Switzerland to become CFA Charterholders. Formerly known as the Swiss Society of Investment Professionals, the CFA Society Switzerland is a non-profit organisation, set up in 1996 as an association under Swiss Law and run by a board of volunteers. It was the third society of CFA charterholders outside North America to be directly affiliated with the prestigious CFA Institute, which includes more than 148,000 members in 150 countries. The vision of CFA Society Switzerland is to be a leader in fostering the highest level of knowledge, professionalism, and integrity in the investment business. Its mission is to represent the interests of our members and the investment community by: - Promoting the values represented by the CFA designation - Providing continuing professional education - Supporting CFA candidates - Encouraging contact and communication among members CFA Society Switzerland works actively with other CFA Societies worldwide to meet these objectives. CFA Society Ukraine is the Ukrainian Society of Investment Professionals that unites more than 200 representatives of the investment profession within the country. The organization is non-governmental, non-for-profit, run by volunteers and is part of the worldwide network of Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) societies that are member societies of CFA Institute. The Society is governed by the Board of Directors that comprises people with significant experience in the relevant activities, including representatives of the leading Ukrainian and international companies and institutions. Daily Society operations are managed by the Executive Officers team. The Mission of CFA Society Ukraine is to bring value to its members and the community by leading the investment profession in Ukraine through setting the highest standards of ethics, education, and professional excellence. CFA Ukraine key objectives are to create a local investment professional network, to provide comprehensive continuous educational opportunities, to provide career development and job placement opportunities for its members, to increase awareness in Ukraine about CFA Program and CFA designation as the global standard for investment profession, to enhance implementation of CFA Institute principals of ethics, education and professional excellence within the investment industry in Ukraine.

A not-for-profit organization, CFA Society Vancouver is affiliated with CFA Institute, the global body that administers the Chartered Financial Analyst® curriculum and sets voluntary, ethics-based performance-reporting standards for the investment industry. With a legacy of bringing discoveries to life through science, CFANS educates the next generation of leaders to anticipate and adapt to a changing state and world and solves the real challenges of nourishing people while enriching the environments in which we live. Created in 2006 via the merger of two colleges and a department, today the college consists of 12 academic departments and 10 research and outreach centers across Minnesota, plus the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, the Bell Museum + Planetarium, and dozens of interdisciplinary centers that span the college, the university, and the globe. The college offers degrees in 13 undergraduate and 13 graduate majors plus more than 25 minors. CFANS students are well-prepared for the workforce through the college’s emphasis on experiential learning, internships and global perspectives. Almost 93 percent of students who earn undergraduate degrees in CFANS find jobs in their fields or enter graduate school within six months of graduation. With a long history of innovation – both the Honeycrisp apple and the process of artificially inseminating dairy cows were born here – CFANS research has made a difference in many lives, in both big and small ways. The college partners with a variety of stakeholders and offers a wealth of resources to citizens as well as industry partners. Research, education, and outreach in agricultural and natural resource sciences at land-grant universities traditionally have rested on the values of productivity and efficiency. But growing environmental concerns, a declining natural resource base, and rising societal commitment to sustainability require that we integrate those longstanding values with strategies that are ecologically sustainable to meet the potentially competitive food, fuel, feed, fiber, and other needs of 21st-century society.
