We work closely with our clients and act as an extension of their team to understand their needs, source hotels and venues for their meetings and negotiate the most favorable terms, conditions & concession You submit a meeting request to us.We discuss your detailed needs & objectives with you and create a request for proposal (RFP) We begin the site search and send the RFP to recommended hotels as per your meeting needs We track down the answers, follow-up with the hotels, and manage the entire process on your behalf We deliver a comprehensive report with our recommendations on all available venues to include room rate and meeting costs for your consideration and review. We assist in hotel evaluation and site visit coordination. Once you select your preferred hotel, we immediately begin contract negotiations.
