Cavan Innovation & Technology Centre (CITC) is a state-of-the-art innovation, education and meeting facility located in Cavan town. Our missions is to promote innovation, learning and economic growth in the Cavan and Border region. We do this by providing local businesses with the education, training, technology and facilities they need to grow and prosper. New, contemporary, innovative and effective are just some of the words used to describe CITCs meeting and training rooms. High-spec audio visual and technical equipment are the heart of this state-of-the-art facility. CITC, in partnership with a number of third level institutions, offers a broad range of business and management skills programmes locally in Cavan. Established in 1966 along with two other dealerships by founding owner, Mr Tom Cavanagh. Separated from the other two dealerships in 1988 and now a stand-along Main Ford Dealer with a significant sales operation as well as a fourteen lift workshop and body repair shop. It occupies a 3.5 acre site on the Cork-Limerick road with two large showrooms. The company won the SIMI National Franchise of the Year in 2011 and is a Deloitte Best Managed Company.
