Deaf Services Center (DSC) is the largest non-profit organization serving the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in the great state of Ohio. DSC provides community centers in the northwest, Central, and southeast regions along with offering interpreting and Speech-To-Text services throughout Ohio and neighboring states such as Michigan and Kentucky. Languages provided by DSC Community Interpreting & Translation services include but not limited to: American Sign Language (ASL), Spanish, French, Somali, Japanese, Mandarin and Nepali. DSC also provides community advocacy, case management, education, Information and Referral, American Sign Language (ASL) Classes, Deaf Youth Programming and Camps, Kids of Deaf Adults (KODA) Programming, Regional Infant Hearing Program (RIHP), Deaf Equipment Modification Program (DEMP) and Employment Services. DSC is a CARF accredited facility in the state of Ohio.

Deaf Sports Australia operate to facilitate and support the participation of deaf Australians in all levels of sport through building and strengthening participation for all. We also coordinate and manage the Australian Deaf games as well as the national deaf teams that are selected for the Asia Pacific Deaf Games and the Deaflympics. Deaf Sports Australia has a strong history of leading and advocating change in community attitudes and social policy and we are committed to ensuring that opportunities to participate in all sports are accessible for all deaf and hard of hearing Australians. Our objectives: 1. To be the peak body for Deaf Sports in Australia 2. To host, facilitate and manage deaf specific sporting events where appropriate 3. To foster, promote and encourage deaf people's participation and skill development in all forms of sport in partnership with our members 4. To continually advocate, educate, inform and support the mainstream sporting structure to make it deaf friendly and capable of including deaf people within the structure 5. To foster relationships with government, deaf and mainstream sporting bodies to support the access requirements and participation of deaf people in sport at all levels 6. To ensure DSA has a sustainable governance and management approach to support its vision and mission over time. Deaf Sports Australia also manages the Active Deaf Kids program which educates and empowers deaf and hard of hearing students across Australia on the healthy benefits of participating in sport. It is through the Active Deaf Kids program where Deaf Sports Australia has built on strong links with mainstream and deaf sports organisations in educating them on inclusion practises. In addition, partnership arrangements have been established with selected sports to provide further support and access to sporting opportunities.
