Human Concern is het gespecialiseerde GGZ behandelcentrum voor de eetstoornissen anorexia, boulimia, eetbuistoornis (BED) en NAO (OFSED). Wij doen dit vanuit zes vestigingen verspreid over Nederland. Het concept, de visie en de aanpak bij Human Concern zijn anders dan bij traditionele behandelingen. De eetstoornis wordt in de kern aangepakt. De Ervaringsprofessionals symboliseren samen met veel van onze cliënten al meer dan vijftien jaar dat herstellen van een eetstoornis mogelijk is. Ervaringsprofessionals zijn therapeuten die ervaringsdeskundig zijn. Zij zijn zelf hersteld van een eetstoornis of hebben, echter in mindere mate, een vergelijkbare moeilijke levenservaring doorgewerkt. Zij zetten deze ervaring samen met hun vakkennis in tijdens de behandeling op een methodische, professionele en doelgerichte wijze die begrip, vertrouwen en (hoop op) herstel bevordert. De eigen ervaring met herstel van een eetstoornis vormt de basis van de unieke behandelmethodiek van Human Concern. Deze richt zich op de eetstoornis in zijn geheel: op onderliggende oorzaken én het verstoorde eetgedrag (symptomen) samen.

Human Dignity Foundation was established in 2004 to enable children to live with dignity. Human Earth Industries is a deep tech original equipment manufacturer. We create micro-engineered systems, smart second-skin suits to protect from harsh climate environments to empower to act in difficult conditions and in crisis areas to provide disaster relief. We design our suits with multiple layers and create modular smart ecosystems which can be worn customized based on your use. Suits we craft will be usable for sports, extreme sports and outdoor activities as well. Our development of personal protection equipment (ppe), e.g. suits follows the second-skin approach. Research will be one of the key elements of our activities to create our products. Therefore, we will research independent as well as seeking for cooperation and joint ventures to features well established technical, smart, or robotic layers. The development is inspired by anatomical properties, i.e. adoption of flexible and stiff spots of the body, natural armor and space engineering. We follow an iterative and participative development of our products. This means during the prototyping phase multiple iterations and solution will be measured and compared. Once the first prototype has been released, customer participation will start to optimise design and functionality to the user needs. The challenge is to create a reusable product which can be maintained from home using 3D printed replacing components. A product to last life long to pass to your relative. Standardized components enable ready-made sizes and leave room for user-adapted sizes. When selecting materials, the sustainability of the production and the recyclability come first.
