Na własnej skórze doświadczyliśmy, czym jest niechęć pracowników, brak motywacji, problemy w porozumieniu się. Zaczęło się więc od potrzeby bycia dobrym szefem… Doskonaląc swoje kompetencje w zarządzaniu, odkryliśmy naszą wspólną pasję, jaką jest człowiek. Nasza nazwa – Human Res – oznacza „ludzką rzecz”, „rzecz o człowieku”. Przez 40 lat, które są sumą naszego doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołami i procesami HR, nauczyliśmy się, co działa, a co nie działa w pracy z ludźmi. Doświadczenie i wiedzę zdobywaliśmy w korporacjach, dzisiaj chcemy się nimi dzielić z przedsiębiorstwami, w których nie ma zespołu HR lub jest on bardzo młody. Wierzymy, że ludzie są dobrzy, mądrzy i pracowici, więc pomagamy wydobyć ich potencjał. Dzięki naszej pomocy pracownicy stają się bardziej zaangażowani, szefowie bardziej wyluzowani, a przedsiębiorstwo bardziej efektywne.

HRIT was established to take the opportunity to help organisations realise the value of their HRIS Systems and to assist these organisations increase the return on their investment. In October of 2000 HRIT released their first Workforce Metric solution EIS Reporter Central©, a comprehensive Management Reporting framework. By leveraging off the expertise gained from over 10 years of providing Workforce Metric solutions, HRIT were able to 'shrink-wrap' the historically expensive task of creating a HR focused Data Warehouse Reporting Solution into a cost effective and simple to use application, CPM Management Studio© . The system was a complete rewrite, taking the best of what EIS Reporter Central© had to offer whilst incorporating all of the additional features is clients had been looking for. It also included a sophisticated Workforce Metric Dashboard targeted at providing meaningful Metric results to the Executive. The system was released in March of 2009 and has been met with overwhelmingly positive feedback. HRIT have now clearly established themselves as the preeminent provider of Workforce Metric Solutions to the New Zealand market, as well as remaining 100% New Zealand owned and operated. In addition to HRIT's Workforce Metric solutions, in 2003, HRIT released CPM Central© , a Salary Review Management (CPM) System to provide for the on-line facilitation of the Salary Review Process. The CPM System enables the on-line recommendation of Salary increases as well as approval and tracking facilities.

Human Resources Alliance (HRA) is a student-led organization at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) that is dedicated to bridging the gap between the Human Resources program and the professional industry. HRA serves as a platform for students who are pursuing a career in HR, and for those who are interested in enhancing their knowledge about human resources. HRC is a 501(3)c nonprofit organization based in Northeast Pennsylvania providing support and services to individuals with disabilities in Wayne, Pike, Carbon, Monroe, Lackawanna, and Susquehanna counties. Established in 1973, HRC began as a passion project to serve an underrepresented group of the community by promoting inclusion and acceptance. Over four decades later, HRC has grown into a devoted institution of over 400 caring and qualified employees with a shared goal in mind: serve and support.
