The International Conference for Aerospace Experts, Academics, Military Personnel, and Industry Leaders. This conference, with AIAA and PHM Society as technical cosponsors, is organized to promote interdisciplinary understanding of aerospace systems, their underlying science and technology, and their applications to government and commercial endeavors. The 2024 weeklong conference, now in its 45th year, is set in a stimulating and thought provoking environment. Each year, a large number of presentations are given by professionals distinguished in their fields and by high-ranking members of the government and military. The plenary sessions feature internationally prominent researchers working on frontiers of science and engineering that may significantly impact the world we live in. Registrants are briefed on cutting edge technologies emerging from and intersecting with their disciplines.

IEEE Alexandria Student Branch (simply IEEE AlexSB) was founded in the academic year 2000/2001. Since then, the Branch has been one of the most active branches established under Egypt's Local Section. IEEE AlexSB strategy is to handle series of activities and facilitate services for its members getting them to cope with the new technologies emerging everywhere. In 2009/2010, IEEE AlexSB was the largest student branch in the whole of Region 8, and the second largest one worldwide regarding the number of members. IEEE AlexSB annually organizes a wide range of events, conferences and long-term programs including (Interact with Today’s World, Integrating Engineers by Management, Protons and Solid N Void Internship Program.). Also, IEEE AlexSB annually organizes a series of visits to several factories, exhibitions and conferences to keep students up-to-date with the current fast-evolving technologies and raise their general awareness. The organized visits included: ELECTRICX POWER, CAIRO ICT, Egyptian Engineering Day, Nile University, Zafarana Wind Farm, High Dam in Aswan, Toshiba, El-Kuraymat. Besides, IEEE AlexSB organizes a variety of on-campus seminars, targeted towards raising the awareness of engineering students, where several technical and non-technical fields are discussed. The organized seminars included: Organic Transistors, Ethical Hacking, LTE versus WiMAX, Ruby on Rails & Android Mobile Applications Development, Recent Renewable Energy Sources, System of Systems, Mobile communication 101, Agile software development and most important Dr. Mosutafa El Sayed’s session “ Nanotechnology the future world technology of the very small”.

IEEE Computer Society Ryerson Chapter (CSRC) is primarily an academic-focused club with strong emphasis on bridging the gap between students and skills required in industry. Our mission is to enable students to invest in their futures by providing them with opportunities to cultivate their technical and soft skills through workshops and competitions. We aim to further their knowledge about software and hardware development by increasing awareness and use of new technologies in order to foster innovation in engineering.

IEEE Çukurova Öğrenci Kolu, 1994 yılından bu yana Çukurova Üniversitesi'nde aktif bir şekilde faaliyet gösteren bir öğrenci kolu olup, teknik, kariyer ve sosyal sorumluluk projeleri çıkararak üniversite öğrencileri ile iş hayatına atılmış başarılı insanları bir araya getirmede bir köprü görevi oluşturmaktadır. IEEE Çukurova, 1996 yılında Region 8’in(EMEA) “En İyi Öğrenci Kolu” ödülünü almış, süregelen zaman içerisinde birçok başarıya daha imza atmıştır.

Gebze Teknik Üniversitesi IEEE Öğrenci Topluluğu 2013-2014 döneminde kurulmuş olup üniversitemizde okuyan her öğrenciye açık bir kulüptür. Temel felsefesi; öğrencinin kendisini istediği disiplinlerde geliştirebilmesi için fırsatlar yaratmaktır. Topluluğumuzun amacı okulumuz öğrencilerinin mesleki ve sosyal gelişimine katkıda bulunmak, aynı zamanda sorumluluk duygusunu kazandırmaktır. Topluluğumuzda aktif olan öğrenciler ilgilendikleri sektör hakkında daha fazla bilgi edinme, değişik alanlarda veya kendi alanlarındaki liderlerle tanışma, teknik geziler ile mesleki hayatında çalışacağı ortamları görme, seminer, mesleki dersler ile kendini geliştirme, çok yönden yetiştirme gibi imkanlara sahip olurlar ve aynı zamanda IEEE GTÜ Öğrenci Topluluğunun projelerinde, komitelerinde görev alarak, liderlik deneyimi kazanma ve tecrübe edinme imkanı bulurlar. Senin Hayalin, Senin Geleceğin mottosuyla yola çıkan topluluğumuz 4 Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi, 28 İdari Kurul Üyesi ve 11 komiteye sahiptir. Şuan 193 aktif üye ve 2000 kayıtlı üyeye sahip olan IEEE GTÜ, 4 yıldır üniversitemizde en fazla etkinlik yapan ve en fazla üye barındıran kulüp olmuştur. In 1999 IEEE HTI Student Branch was the first founded student branch in the Egypt Section which is part of Region 8. IEEE HTI Student Branch was considered one of the best branches worldwide, and surely the best in Egypt, the branch made several academic sessions and also the founder of the first MicroMouse competition in Egypt. The branch aims to be a premier technical community, committed to the cause of spreading knowledge and fostering all-round development of the student community. With the continued emphasis on the conduction of high-quality events reflecting the latest in technology, the branch aims to create a pool of dedicated industry-oriented professionals. Recent events include electronic design competitions, software development, Autonomous, and Mechanical Robotics, Programing, etc. The branch also has an active project to provide the student community with a hands-on experience of real-life challenges, thereby promoting the ready implementation of the course they undergo in their pursuit towards a sound professional life, the branch also organize events and competitions to help the students to fill the gap between the academic study and the labor market.

IEEEnin toplam 80 ülkede kurulmuş olan 1300den fazla öğrenci kolundan bir tanesidir. Sırasıyla Afrika, Avrupa,Orta Doğu ve Rusyadan oluşan IEEE 8. Bölgeye, IEEE Türkiye Şubesine ve İstanbul Üniversitesi Rektörlüğüne bağlıdır. Biz, her birimiz Anadolunun farklı illerinden gelen, kulüp çatısı altında toplanan, ortak amaçlar peşinde savaşan, karakteri birbirinden farklı insanlardan oluşan bir takımız. Türkiyenin dünyadaki durumunu gören, sorunlarını bilen, çözümü için tartışarak somut sonuçları arzulayan, modern bilim ve fen ile insanlığın ihtiyacı olan teknolojiyi üretmeyi amaçlayan, bunun için gecesini gündüzüne katıp maddi ve manevi değerlerinden ödün vererek çalışan, elini taşın altına koyan Atatürk ilke ve inkılaplarına bağlı cumhuriyetin çocuklarıyız.
