The Maritime University of Szczecin, Poland is a modern educational and research institution with origins dating back to 1947. Today, we provide education within 5 faculties full of cutting-edge technology. We also have an extensive network of training and research facilities and our own vessel Nawigator XXI. The Maritime Volunteer Service (MVS) is a unique charity in the non-profit sector, founded in 1994 with the following aims: * To stimulate the interest of volunteers from all walks of life in maritime affairs. * To provide high quality training in maritime skills to recognised standards. * To be an interesting and useful spare time activity that is fun, sometimes exciting but with a strong emphasis on safety at all times * To maintain a corps of trained volunteers capable of supporting maritime authorities ashore and afloat at maritime events or emergencies.

Maritime Way Scientific Ltd. was established in 2010, providing operational oceanography and maritime scientific solutions to the defence industry, government, and educational institutions working in the marine sciences. Quickly growing through relationships with several companies, educational institutions, and government agencies; by 2014, Maritime Way Scientific acquired Quester Tangents Marine Division and formed a strategic alliance with Lockheed Martin. Maritime Way Scientific now offers expertise in acoustic modelling, tactical decision aids, oceanography, hydrography, remote sensing, and seabed classification.

James & Sophie are no strangers to the marine sector, both from a young age have only ever known boats. Sophie having travelled most of the world by the age of 5 with mum and dad; Mark & Fiona Pascoe ran a Class1 powerboat racing team which evolved into a RIB manufacturing business. James pursued a career in yacht surveying and design after a predominantly sailing upbringing and love for the sea. James & Sophie have a passion for being the best, whether that is onsite presentation, customer service or the level of standard expected from themselves and staff.
