Founded by two life long friends with a passion for food and a wealth of experience within the industry. Our mission was simple, make great pizza without the stress of large commercial premises and huge overheads. It's easy for the pressures of a big operation to affect the quality of your end product, and we didn't want that. We opened our first location in Rugby, Feb 2020, before the industry got turned upside down. This gave us a great opportunity to prove the concept, the model and the operations. This worked fantastic, just one hiccup, the multisite management was distracting us from our core product, our model was never built that way. It was built to franchise with like minded individuals whom we could worked together with, so we flipped the model back to what it was designed to be. A franchise model, focusing on fresh quality stone baked pizza, delivered to the customer efficently.

NYC Shiba Rescue (NYCSR) is an all volunteer group dedicated to contributing to the quality of life of Shiba Inus in and around the New York City metropolitan area. To that end, NYCSR actively works to rescue Shiba Inus and Shiba Inu mixed breed dogs from dangerous environments and shelters in order to find them loving, permanent homes. We will, among other things, foster and evaluate Shiba Inus in order to prepare them for adoption and seek out proper adoptive homes for the dogs. NYCSR also promotes responsible dog ownership by educating the public in the selection, care and training of dogs.
information technology and services
Established in 2012, the NYC Technology Development Corporation (TDC) is a not-for-profit organization that serves only one client the City of New York. The TDC provides senior project management and other consulting services for the Citys most critical and complex information technology projects. The organization will also provide a common framework, tools, best practices, and diagnostics for on-time and on-budget information technology (IT) project delivery. The TDC will retain the acquired expertise and familiarity with City systems over time, since it will be exclusively under City contract with permanent employees working solely on City projects. The IT projects of every mayoral agency can be considered for management by the TDC. In determining whether a project is appropriate for management by the TDC, the City will consider the importance of the project to City operations and the overall budget of the project, with priority given to those that are over $25 million, or those that are over $5 million and involve multiple agencies. Mayoral priority projects can also be considered. In addition to project management services, TDC will support best practices in portfolio management, vendor management, change management, and solution architecture for City agencies. The TDC team will provide resources to assist with contract negotiations and various parts of project management (such as business case development) and provide ongoing project delivery assistance during project phases as required.
