The Port of Ridgefield is a public port district in Washington State. Founded in 1940, the port district covers 57 square miles of northern Clark County. The population consists of approximately 14,000 citizens of Ridgefield, La Center, and the unincorporated county. The mission of the port is "to responsibly deliver property and facilities that encourage private investments, job creation, local economic diversity and stability; to preserve and better the quality of life for citizens of the greater Ridgefield area."

The Port of Sydney is the ocean gateway to one of the world's most beautiful islands, Cape Breton Island. Port of Sydney Development Corporation manages and operates the Sydney Marine Terminal at Sydney, Cape Breton's largest city. Included in this operation are the Joan Harriss Cruise Pavilion, service and retail tenants, a 100m+ south dock, a 294m west dock and a 190m north dock Main revenue sources for the Port are cruise, fuel and other vessels as well as event, market and tenant rentals. The Port’s competitiveness is based on its location at the hub of the key transport and goods flows of the Baltic Sea. Thanks to its location, the Port is also included in the TEN-T core network that connects the most important transport networks in Europe. On the TEN-T map, the Port of Turku is part of the Scandinavian–Mediterranean corridor which is the key route of the core network between northern and southern Europe. As for the Port of Turku’s connections, the core network also includes the E18 motorway via Helsinki to St. Petersburg, and the Turku–Helsinki railway.
