Brand History Paul&Shark brand is created and owned by Dama S.p.A.. Dama SpA was founded in 1957 by Gian Ludovico Dini in Varese, Italy and manifactured knitwear for high-end fashion brands such as Christian Dior and Balenciaga. In 1970 Paolo Dini, the eldest son of Gian Ludovico, created the brand Paul&Shark after a visit in a small sailmaker's workshop during a trip to Maine, where a sail from an old 18th-century clipper with the inscription "Paul&Shark" caught his eye. The company is today run by CEO and President Andrea Dini, the third generation of the family. Today the collections (men's, women's, children's and accessories) are available throughout the world in 73 different countries, 458 cities and more than 280 Paul&Shark monobrand boutiques located in the most exclusive shopping areas, from Via Montenapoleone, Milan, to Rue du Faubourg St. Honore' Paris, to New York, Dubai and Moscow.

Founded in 1961 by weightlifting world champion Paul Anderson and his wife, Glenda, the Paul Anderson Youth Home (PAYH) is a Christian residential program and on-campus school for young men between the ages of 16 and 21 struggling with behavioral problems and issues of discipline, anger, and depression. PAYH is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). In addition to counseling and character development, PAYH offers an accelerated learning program enabling residents to graduate with a high school diploma and technical certifications.
