Here at Peltz Shoes, we are committed to offering value, quality, and excellence in all that we do since 1957. Since it’s inception in 1957 until 2002 Peltz Shoes was a full-service shoe store. Today, we still provide that excellent service while offering a modern semi-self-service format. We have a wide selection of sizes and styles, knowledgeable sales staff and great prices. Baypark is a state of the art lifestyle wellness resort operated by PEMA, catering to national and international guests, thus promoting medical tourism globally. The project is located in the town of Visakhapatnam which is a coastal district in the state of Andhra Pradesh south east of India. The sea is Bay of Bengal which can get rough according to weather. Cyclones are common too. Otherwise weather is typically coastal with warm to hot, muggy days and cooler evenings. The hotel is on top of a hill with a nice drive up to access it. It is a 138 room hotel of which 68 rooms are in operation as the 1st stage. Total land area of the property is approx. 28 acres on the hill; a Total spa area is 20,000sq ft with 136 rooms for both men and women. The property can be viewed in Google earth- country- India, city-Visakhapatnam, Bay park resorts and hotels, way to AP tourism project The property is next to Geetam University. Baypark has been conceptualized by PEMA as a destination health resort with an emphasis on preventive care, stress management and pain management through natural healing. Also, Guests would want to come here for the purpose of detoxification, weight reduction or to be treated for any health issues. Treatments offered would be the same for both men and women. Typically guests would stay for a minimum of one week. Some conditions may require them to stay for 4 weeks or more.
