Neil trained to teach at Oxford Universitys Mindfulness Centre, the UKs pre-eminent hub for scientific mindfulness research. But before that, he spent 25 years in high-pressure corporate jobs first as a City lawyer, and then as a Fleet Street journalist. So he teaches gold-standard mindfulness but with a true understanding of the stresses that Londoners face every day.
