Sembcorp Design and Construction is a wholly-owned subsidiary of public-listed Sembcorp Industries. We are a design and build construction service provider with a dedicated team of professionals to undertake civil and building infrastructure projects and has our history dated back since 1982. Today, we are registered with the Building Construction Authority of Singapore as an A1 building (CW01) and civil engineering (CW02) contracting firm and is qualified to tender for public sector contracts with unlimited tender sums. Since 1996, the Southeast Michigan Community Alliance (SEMCA) has been a leader in workforce development programs, serving residents and employers in Wayne and Monroe counties (excluding the city of Detroit). SEMCA is the region's Michigan Works! Agency (MWA), with seven Michigan Works Service Centers located in Dearborn, Grosse Pointe, Highland Park, Livonia, Monroe, Southgate, and Wayne. Our programs are developed in full cooperation with Ricardo Semler and his team: the Semco Style Guardians. In the Netherlands, the Semco Style Institute commenced operations in May 2016. Semco Style Institute BeLux is starting its operations and own training cycles in April 2018. We are working with national and international partners: this way, we hope to bring the Semco Style Institute programs to people and organizations, whilst at the same time growing an international network of Semco Style Certified Consultants.
