C’est pourquoi nous avons créé la “fiche de skills” : c’est un format qui vous permet d’exposer vos qualités au travers d’une approche plus ludique, dans laquelle vous pouvez incorporer des contenus multimédia. La fiche de skills est votre vitrine ! Mettez-vous en valeur et soyez repéré ! L’employeur, de son côté, peut accéder à une base de fiches de skills et ainsi trouver le candidat avec les compétences recherchées et avec lequel il partage les mêmes valeurs. Skills Active Aotearoa Skills Active Aotearoa is the transitional industry training organisation for recreation, exercise, sport and performing arts. We support Aotearoa businesses, organisations, iwi and community enterprises to get their staff and volunteers trained up and qualified.

We were established by Cheshire East Council as a new arms-length company in April 2016, to bring together existing skills and growth services under one structure. Our objective is to ensure the council can deliver more for less, achieving greater innovation and benefits for businesses and residents. We support businesses to maximise growth, funding and investment opportunities; increase the availability and take-up of apprenticeships, support people into work, help to create jobs and stimulate economic growth and innovation. In our first year we helped create 988 new jobs which in turn resulted in an increase in Gross Value Added of £84m and a projected business rate income of £470,000. We supported 232 high growth businesses, large employers and inward investment enquiries which led to £15m of capital investment, £18m revenue spend and an increase in floor space of 561,000 sq ft.
